SOE Connect services including Scotland NHS Prior Approvals and Ortho and HS1 Payments are not available.
NZ customers using SmartPay will need to change their terminals to "Non Integrated" mode. Pressing the red cancel button twice prompts with this option.
We have identified that an automated job incorrectly updated user profiles preventing logins. We are correcting this data and expect to restore full services in the next hour or so.
