The issue was related to a complication with our hosting infrastructure. The issue is unlikely to occur again but we're continuing to refine our monitoring in this area.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an outage that occurred after a release at 0950 09/08/2019 NZST (2150 08/08/2019 UTC). The immediate issue has been resolved and we are investigating the cause.
